CONSULTING SERVICES We have three-fee schedules:  flat commission fee, fee for service and now the hourly fee.  Like CPA’s, attorneys, and other fee-based professionals, my time and analytical skills are truly my stock-in-trade.  You pay only for the services you need. Personalized services of negotiating, advocating, troubleshooting or just answering questions.  You pay only for the assistance you need regarding real estate.  Our fee is $150.00 an hour.  A $500.00 retainer is required and due upon request of initiating the Consulting Agreement. We commit to you our best effort.
