IMPORTANT NOTICE
The average buyer believes they can save money by electing not to use a Realtor when they purchase or build a new home. Take
note, they are not saving the Real Estate commission when they do not use one! Builder's have the Realtor’s commission
included in their fees and they do not discount the Realtor’s commission, they keep the commission and the buyer is left without
representation.
The sales people that are in the models or assist you in the Custom Builder’s Office represent the builder not the buyer. It
is not unusual to find that the sales people representing the builders are not licensed real estate agents.
The builder may offer to pay some closing cost if you will use their mortgage company and title company. Caution, it
could possibly end up costing you more.
We are working for you and many times we are aware of builder incentives and how the various builders will negotiate on existing
inventory or building from the ground up.
